Products delivered to an address other than Thailand, the customer is responsible for the freight, handling charges, customs fees and taxes incurred at the destination. We will not be responsible for any expenses after it left our shop.

For not pre-order product, you can expect the product 2-3 working days for Bangkok and 5-7 working days for its surrounding provinces depending on the distance. You can use tracking number which will be sent into your email or check it from order status in the website to track the order from our couriers directly at their website.
Correct address and recipient information is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for the event as if the product has been sent to the wrong address which the customer has given but we will do our best to help you track the parcel.
The case of the false delivered with the correct address and recipient name, we will do our best to track the parcel but we are unable to compensate for any damages incurred or resend.
